@aspronin @comcastcares I left xfinity, this past week...went to AT&T..after struggling with inconsistent internet access for months...most of the folks in the neighborhood have migrated to AT&T....i think there is a problem with the xfinity hub nearby...

@comcast @Xfinity has the absolute worst customer service. I tried to get a human operator and could not and even the chat people kept transferring me with no help. I have been told at least 20 times an agent would be contacting me and NOTHING.

@Xfinity This has happened every other day. If it isn’t out then it’s super slow. Keep in mind we pay about $350 a month for your service.

Spent 3 hours yesterday without internet. Today it’s down at the same time AGAIN. I work from home and cannot work without internet. 1 day was fine, but 2 in a row?? Do better @Xfinity

@joeklein Because IPv6 implementations are too broken to be usable. Asked my Comcast salesperson yesterday when they are going to offer static IPv6. He told me they only can offer me 5 or 13, but not 6 static IPs.
