Stunning. If you're a senior you can buy a limited use Golden Bear pass for $20. It can be used from January 1 to May 29, then labor day through December 31. We walk the beach enjoy tide pools, birds, dolphins. On the other side of PCH we hike the hills and enjoy Moro Canyon and the views. The cost is $15 for the day if you don't have a pass or are enjoying summer along the coast.
We went for my birthday, walked the shoreline for about a mile. It was beautiful and quiet. We had a drink at the little bar they have right there at the sand, great service. Just be sure to bring your ticket for parking with you because the restaurant or bar will validate 15.00 off of your total if you eat or drink there. It's 5 an hour to park so it's worth it. There is a little visitor center there and plenty of maps to explore the trails.
Don't ever go here. You will never want to leave, then I will never be able to get a reservation, so stay away so I can keep it to myself. I don't want to share this place with anyone. I wanna keep all the lovely gorgeousness for myself.

We gathered reviews from Google and Tripadvisor, and summarized helpful tips as well as commonly mentioned things others might find useful.
- Book reservations well in advance as these popular cottages get booked up quickly (up to 6 months ahead)
- Bring your own snacks or rent a fire pit for evening gatherings on the beach
- Check tide charts if planning to lay on sand during high tide periods
- Pack layers for changing weather conditions; it can be chilly after sunset but warm during daytime strolls

Zero parking. Must park across highway and tender across and down to your room. Makes it a must do so put it on your list. Truly take nothing with you but a smile. Oh and tanning oil, swimsuitS plural shade umbrella and light chair each. Make it a couples only fun retreat
So the setting is beautiful, fantastic, amazing, even breathtaking. Lots of cabins and a fun little restaurant. Good luck getting a reservation. They are hard to come by. Enjoy some peace and quiet and ocean views. Not very many modern amenities there, but you’re in paradise! Who needs them?
